You might occasionally view an error message saying “Wrong login or password” when you try signing in to your Detectico account. When this happens, try the following steps:
- Ensure you remove any extra spaces that may appear before or after your email or password.
- If you’re using your PC, check whether the Cap Lock key is off.
- It’s advisable that you copy your login credentials and paste them into the right fields. If this doesn’t work, try typing them manually.
- We also recommend that you type in your password just as it appears in the email. Passwords are usually case-sensitive, so utilize both lowercase and uppercase letters exactly as indicated.
If you forgot your password, resetting it is easy, as highlighted below:
- Select “Forgot your password?”
- Type your email address and click “RESET”
- Our Support Team will send a reset code to your email address. Open this email and click on “Change password”. In case you can’t find the email, make sure you check the spam folder.
- Create a new password by typing it twice and pressing “Confirm” to save changes.
